The site of a former chemical plant in Marbehan, in the province of Luxembourg, is preparing to take on a new lease of life. The project involves transforming 3.7 hectares of land near the railway station into a sustainable and ecological neighborhood. The ground clean-up work has already been done.
The site is now ready to welcome this new project, which is aimed at all those who wish to combine their well-being with nature. In the first phase, the project will offer 17 houses, 38 apartments, and a commercial space.
