A sustainable neighbourhood
Terra Nostra is a new sustainable neighbourhood in Braine-l’Alleud district, bordering with Waterloo. The project is based on an ecological gridding that plays a central role in the site's social dynamic. Outdoor furniture, optimal management of natural resources, harmonious architecture, cycling-pedestrian areas and paths contribute to the emergence of a community committed to values such as good-neighbourliness, tranquillity, environmental-friendliness.
The first phase of the Terra Nostra project, consisted of 4 apartment villas : 44 apartments and 7 surfaces for self-employed professionals. It offered luxury apartments all equipped with a beautiful terrace with quality finishes and excellent energy performance.
