The design of the new shopping centre in Finestrelles combines elegance and light to form an oasis in the urban environment. In a prime location, the centre is located in Esplugues de Llobregat (Barcelona) at the intersection of several main roads and is easily accessible by public transport.

The goal is to be one of the most sustainable projects in Spain,, indeed Equilis is aiming to achieve a “Very Good” BREEAM certificate for this new development and so ensure the site is both sustainable and environmentally friendly.

The complex, with retail space of 39,250 m² and 110 shopping units including all the strong brands in Spain, will also include a students’ residence of 400 units. Two underground parking levels with over 1,250 parking spaces complete the offer.
