The Polish residential market has experienced unprecedented growth over the past years. In 2018 developers sold a total of 65K units, while the supply was just a little higher, allowing to maintain a healthy situation on the market. Predictions for 2019 are optimistic, with a slight slow-down in sales and supply, and a rise in selling prices, already visible in H2 2018.
