The Trône 100 office building was recently renovated by Equilis.

8 floors of modular workspaces, outdoor terraces and a cosy restaurant have all been designed to create a welcoming and stylish workplace.

Our partner Cofinimmo acquired the building in March 2020 to rent it out.

To turn this place into a memorable landmark of Brussels, we challenged artists to dress the gable of Trône 100. In these difficult times, this artist contest is a unique opportunity to gain prestigious and culture exposure.
