The project, designed by BOLLINGER & FEHLIG, will deliver 142 contemporary apartments across 8,500 m² over the next 18 months. Residents will enjoy spacious balconies, communal terraces, shared gardens and a dedicated underground bicycle parking with 250 spaces – reflecting EQUILIS’ vision for community, well-being and future-oriented urban living.
The project is assessed holistically, considering ecological, economic and socio-cultural criteria throughout its life cycle – ensuring long-term value for both residents and the city.
