Blancs Prés, located on the northern outskirts of Arlon in the Belgian province of Luxembourg, will be home to a new eco-friendly project made up of 92 apartments and 22 single-family houses.
The project, on 2.5 hectares, will also include numerous services to offer residents an exceptional quality of life.
BLANCS PRÉS is much more than a residential area! It innovates the use of space and encourages a real dynamic:
- the Lodge, an indoor space accessible to all for sharing moments,
- the square with a playground,
- and the Pré, an outdoor area with barbecue, ping pong table, vegetable gardens,...
are perfectly integrated to encourage moments of relaxation and conviviality.
