Founded in 2006 by Carl Mestdagh, and strengthened over time through a strategic partnership with the P. Mulliez family, Equilis is a European real estate developer with a clear focus on complex, mixed-use developments and site regeneration.
Combining family entrepreneurship with agile, efficient decision-making, Equilis specializes in transforming brownfields, obsolete areas and underused urban sites into new, vibrant pieces of city — integrating residential, retail, offices and services within coherent, human-scale projects.

At the core of our approach is the Happiness Performance Dashboard (HPD), a pragmatic development tool systematically integrated into every project, across all countries, and backed by dedicated governance bodies.
