A exemplary new landmark and a sustainability champion in Berlin-Neukölln
At the southern edge of the iconic Tempelhofer Feld, one of the world’s largest inner-city parks, Equilis is creating Oder, a new residential landmark in Berlin-Neukölln. Built on a former railway and brownfield site, the project offers 142 modern apartments and 8.500 m² of sustainable living space. With contemporary design by Berlin architecture firm BOLLINGER + FEHLIG, generous balconies, communal roof terraces and landscaped gardens, ODER embodies Equilis’ vision of urban living rooted in sustainability and quality of life
