In Marbehan, in the province of Luxembourg, a former industrial site is about to embark on a new chapter. Through meticulous rehabilitation, this 3.7-hectare site has been transformed into a sustainable neighborhood designed in harmony with its environment and the needs of its future residents.
Ideally located near the train station, the project emphasizes soft mobility and quality of life. Numerous shared spaces, including a community garden, a landscaped promenade, and a playground, foster social interaction and a sense of community.
In its first phase, 17 houses, 38 apartments, and a commercial space will be developed, thoughtfully integrated into a setting that combines comfort, modernity, and respect for nature. This project reflects a strong commitment to responsible urban planning, where well-being and sustainability go hand in hand.
