« The identity of the ‘Parenthèse’ location found its inspiration in the architecture, a nod to the two buildings which, seen from above, form a parenthesis. »
Jean-Philippe Doutrelugne, Director of Development at Equilis.
Ambitious architecture which breaks the existing codes
10.000 m² retail area
Equilis has made a new 10,000m² shopping center available for the general public, on the busy N5 road in Gosselies.
The architecture is ambitious and breaks the existing codes. Elegant and with a double-height, it will provide a pleasant setting for its users, who will also be able to enjoy the well-tended, green outdoor spaces.
The identity of the ‘Parenthesis’ location found its inspiration in the architecture, a nod to the two buildings which, seen from above, form a parenthesis. Also linked to its direct environment: this location will become a moment of calm on the fringes of the bustle of the adjacent road. This site has been designed entirely for the end user.
White is omnipresent as a vector for unifying the site. White makes it possible to serve brands. White offers an air bubble in the middle of the national road, but also a reading background that magnifies the surrounding nature and its colour changes with the seasons.
