A sustainable neighbourhood
Terra Nostra is a new sustainable neighbourhood in Braine-l’Alleud district, bordering with Waterloo. The project is based on an ecological gridding that plays a central role in the site's social dynamic. Outdoor furniture, optimal management of natural resources, harmonious architecture, cycling-pedestrian areas and paths contribute to the emergence of a community committed to values such as good-neighbourliness, tranquillity, environmental-friendliness.
The first phase of the project, Aurora, is now fully sold and completed. It consisted of 44 apartments spread across four apartment villas, along with seven units dedicated to independent professionals.
The second phase, Aborea, comprising 31 apartments, is also fully sold and currently under construction.
Currently, the third phase, Agora, is under construction and available for sale. This new stage of the project offers 52 apartments designed to provide a living environment that combines comfort, quality, and energy efficiency, all within a sustainable and environmentally respectful approach.
