«The renovated original façade with its classic balconies offers beautiful views and facilitates the entry of light throughout the day. A story about history ».

A tribute to light
LR15 rehabilitates a beautiful building of classic Madrid architecture dating from 1921. The original image of its façade with its typical balconies will be preserved and renovated, to which two newly built floors will be added to give a modern and avant-garde look to the complex.
The project consists of 11 luxurious residences divided into 3 typologies and a range of surface areas between 130 sqm and 197 sqm, to meet the expectations of the most demanding buyers.
All the homes, regardless of their typology and height, have large windows, either through the classic balconies typical of the period, or through the glass windows added to the upper floors, thus providing the rooms with a unique luminosity.
Lope de Rueda 15 will have amenities that will be the ideal complement to enjoy all the comforts and services of the residences, with a modern gym with a wellness area, as well as large storage rooms and a courtyard with garden areas.
Since it is a building with a protected facade, even the smallest detail of the structure that make up the common areas of the building has been respected, without renouncing the classic style that is characteristic of the area.
A few meters from the Retiro Park, between Alcalá and O’Donnell streets, the LR15 building is located in a privileged enclave in the most exclusive neighborhood of Madrid. A short distance from the city’s prime areas (Velázquez, Serrano, Recoletos…) you will find the most important commercial, cultural, leisure and restaurant offerings.
