Equilis France: a new step forward in Livry-Gargan (Ile-de-France)

Equilis France, with the support of the Holding JP2A – P.CE TECH, has secured the acquisition of 9 plots in Île-de-France, laying the groundwork for the future development of 129 homes. This milestone reflects our continued commitment to delivering accessible and meaningful housing where it is most needed.

In parallel, we are structuring a partnership with a social housing provider, with a shared ambition to deliver a fully social residential operation. This collaboration illustrates the importance of aligning public and private actors to address housing challenges with responsibility and long-term vision.

At this stage, we remain focused on consolidating the project’s foundations while progressing step by step with rigor and care.
