Strengthening its development in France, Equilis appoints Constance Poublet as CEO

Equilis announces the appointment of Constance Poublet as Chief Executive Officer of Equilis France, effective April 9th, 2026. She succeeds Laurent Tirot, who recently took on the role of CEO of Equilis Europe.

With more than 15 years of experience in real estate development, Constance Poublet has built a strong expertise in the transformation and restructuring of complex projects, combining residential and mixed-use programmes.

After legal studies and a master’s degree in real estate development, she quickly chose an operational path, staying close to projects and their execution. She developed a hands-on experience in both large-scale development and more targeted operations, including heritage rehabilitation and urban regeneration, where she gained a strong understanding of how to adapt existing buildings to new uses.

Over the years, she has led projects in dense and evolving urban environments, particularly in Greater Paris, combining technical complexity, programmatic mix, and integration into existing city fabrics.

She joins Equilis with the ambition to continue structuring and developing the French platform, in line with the group’s strategy to strengthen its position in mixed-use developments and urban transformation across Europe.
