Wereldhave Belgium has reached an agreement with Equilis to acquire a supermarket anchor unit in shopping center Ville2 in Charleroi

A new milestone for Ville2 in Charleroi.
Equilis, acting on behalf of Fidagh SA, has reached an agreement with Wereldhave for the acquisition of the supermarket anchor unit within the Ville2 shopping center. With this transaction, Wereldhave will become the full owner of the asset.
This step contributes to the continued consolidation and long-term positioning of Ville2 as a key retail destination in Charleroi. We thank Wereldhave for the constructive collaboration throughout this process.
