Better living in a greener Warsaw

In the rapidly growing district of Ursus in Warsaw, Equilis is developing Fokus Ursus, a large-scale and multi-building residential project with 554 apartments. Combining contemporary architecture by JEMS Design Office with high environmental performance, the project sets a new benchmark for residential developments in Poland. It is also the first residential project within the Equilis Group to achieve BREEAM certification, marking a milestone in the company’s ESG journey.
