Andrychów’s first and largest retail park
In Andrychów (Lesser Poland), Equilis — in partnership with Acteeum Group — developed Galeria Andrychów, the largest retail park in the region and the first of its kind in the city.
Delivered in 2021 and later sold to a long-term investor, the project exemplifies Equilis’ expertise in creating regionally anchored retail destinations that support local economies while strengthening access to modern retail services across southern Poland.

- 24,000 m² of GLA, bringing together international and national brands such as Leroy Merlin, Lidl, Media Expert, CCC, Rossmann, Jysk, Pepco and Martes Sport.
- Strategic location along the national road, connecting Kraków, Bielsko-Biała and the Silesian region — serving a catchment area of over 200,000 residents.
- Comprehensive urban integration, improving local infrastructure and accessibility while creating hundreds of new jobs in the area.
