In Fuenlabrada (Madrid) , Nexum Retail Park is a 23.000 m² open-air destination that combines retail, leisure and everyday services for a fast-growing urban community. At the heart of the project is Spain’s largest solar community: 1.350 rooftop photovoltaic panels supplying renewable energy to more than 1.000 nearby households at no installation cost.
This pioneering model positions Nexum as a catalyst for the local energy transition, while demonstrating Equilis’ ability to create more sustainable, high-performing retail environments in metropolitan locations.
