Equilis is a European real estate developer.

Founded in 2006, Belgium is the home market of Equilis and remains the group’s larger operational base, with offices in Waterloo. The Belgian team develops mixed-use, retail and residential projects of all scales, including flagship redevelopments and large urban regenerations. A team of around 30 passionate professionals drives each project with local insight and European coordination.
