«We wanted the local communities to feel good about this development. It’s why we have deliberately chosen to respect the traditional architectural landscape of the region and used local materials for our building work. An inspired story.».

This project is a dynamic new neighbourhood located near Perwez, a small town in Walloon-Brabant. Set in spectacular countryside, this new development is both sustainable and entirely integrated into the local economy.
The 115 housing units, all built using local stone and materials, are designed to respect and reflect the traditional architectural landscape of the region, while also using very little energy. Indeed, the entire site aims for sustainability and ecology: one example is the 20 km speed limit ensuring that this new area offers peaceful and family-friendly living conditions.
