The building is being fully renovated to include 8 office floors, outdoor terraces and a restaurant. Trône 100 aims to create welcoming and comfortable spaces that will have the opportunity to accommodate different types of companies regardless of the field of activity and expertise but with the expected level of standing. The mobility is an important part of this project with the underground parking, bicycle parking places and electric car charging station.

The office building is located in the Leopold neighbourhood, the business and financial district of Brussels. The offices are only a few minutes walk from the European Institutions and the headquarters of international corporations and quality public areas.
The Luxembourg square offers a wide choice of bars and restaurants as well as various shops. Nearby, a sports hall, the Leopold Park and several other green areas allow to practice sports and relax.

An artist contest is organized to dress up the building’s gable to make it an iconic venue and landmark in the city. Artists are invited to create a challenging work, which will give the building personality while being part of a business district.

Seduced by the potential of the building, Chirec has already decided to install a polyclinic on the ground floor.
